WE DELIVER NUTRITIOUS HOT AND frozen meals to East York residents unable to manage their own food preparation. Our work is directed mainly to seniors and disabled adults, but also to caregivers with heavy home responsibilities and, for up to six weeks, to new mothers.

A team of two volunteers (one drives the car and one takes the food to the door) delivers the meals between 10:30 am and 12:30 pm Sundays to Fridays, including statutory holidays. Extra food can be ordered for Fridays to cover a Saturday meal.

At True Davidson Meals on Wheels, our clients are our priority and we want to ensure that they know how important they are to us. Every year, volunteers and staff assemble and deliver Christmas gift baskets to all clients.  Birthday cards are also sent to all clients.

We provide service in the area generally bounded by Coxwell Avenue, Victoria Park Avenue, Danforth Avenue and the Don River.
